On Sunday 14th September we are holding our inaugural Celebration Day at The Grammar School at Leeds. Come along to watch:

• Walking Football at 10:30 to 12:30.

• Bring your own Picnic at 12:30 to 13:30, there will be music (The Blue Cards and MAECare Melody Makers), coffee, cakes and ice cream.

• Then our sponsored walk at 13:30 to 14:30pm in aid of our 30 for 30 fundraising campaign.
