- External referrers such as Memory Support Services, Social Workers, staff in Neighbourhood Teams, Health Care providers, other third sector organisations

Your information (data) is stored on our network within secured Microsoft Data centres located within the United Kingdom and on a secure cloud-based CRM database.
We keep personal information until:
- You ask to be removed in which case your data will be deleted or anonymised OR
- when you are ‘archived’ for any other reason in which case your data will be retained in line with our retention policy after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
If you use our website unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
